Terms & Payment

All payments are remitted to Wefco Rubber Mfg. Co., Inc., 21000 Osborne Street, Unit 2, Canoga Park, CA 91304. All invoices are dated on the date of shipment. No payments are to be made to a sales person or other persons without written authorization.

Open Accounts

Open accounts are available to customers who have established creditworthiness to our satisfaction. Upon our request, please submit banking and other business references and any information helpful in establishing creditworthiness.

• 2% discount if payment is made within 10 days of the invoice date.
• Net amount due in full within 15 days of invoice date for established credit accounts.
• Payments not made within 30 days are subject to a 1.5% late charge per month. The buyer is obligated to pay all costs of collecting overdue accounts, including reasonable attorney's fees.
• Payment can also be made by C.O.D., Visa and MasterCard.

Returned Goods Policy

In no case are goods to be returned without first obtaining our permission and a return authorization number. Requests to return goods should specify reasons for return, description of goods, quantity and invoice numbers. No goods will be accepted unless our permission has been granted.

• Returns are to be sent prepaid.
• Made-to-measure items are not accepted for credit.
• A handling charge will apply on returned goods.
